PROM & SPECIAL OCCASION RETURN POLICY
ALL PURCHASES MADE IN STORE AT CHALLY BRIDAL AND PROM ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
We offer 72 hour return policy for online purchase for items marked as in stock in store only in which a 20% restocking fee will be applied. All gowns marked as Quick Delivery* or Special Order, are special ordered via the designer and are non-refundable.
Return requirements for online orders
- All requests for returns must be made within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. This includes weekends and holidays. Or the item must be returned prior to your event date, whichever is sooner.
- You cannot request an online return after your stated event date even if it is within the 72 hours.
- If your requested return is approved, it must be mailed back via FedEx or UPS ONLY. Shipping labels are not provided as the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- The approved returns must have original tags on with no sign of wear. If returned otherwise you will not receive a refund of any kind.
- Items marked final sale are not returnable. No exceptions.
- The approved return must be shipped back within 72 hours (postmarked within 3 days) from the time you are given your RA#. If your event date is sooner than 3 days then it must be postmarked before then.
Note About Sizing
All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link above the dropdowns or at the bottom of the size dropdown on your dress of choice.
Chally bridal and prom only allows RA's for online orders. All in store purchases are and always have been final sale.
Any internet orders must contact our customer service team at info@challybridalandprom.com . Online refunds and credits will not be issued until the item has been received by Chally bridal and prom. Client is responsible for all shipping charges. If items are postmarked 72 hours after an RA # was given, they will not be accepted. Clients may not return items that are postmarked after their listed event date. All orders that are given an RA # must be returned unworn, original tags on and in excellent condition or they will not be accepted.
